SnowWiesn Oktoberfest takes place on Saturdays and Sundays between August 17 and October 6th. The festive event features a local market of artisan crafts, jewelry and other unique items you won't find anywhere else. Our guests arrive expecting to shop and past vendors have reported great success with their experience. If you have been approved to be a vendor in 2024, you may complete your payment now to register.

Events will take place rain or shine. Refunds are not permitted due to weather conditions.

SnowWiesn runs from 12pm to 6pm, with vendor set-up from 10:30am to 11:30am. We ask that all set-up is completed prior the start time of each event. There are multiple drop-off zones for easy access to unload your equipment.

Completing your payment will secure your place for the event. Snowbasin will be in contact 48 to 72 hours prior to the event weekend with your assigned location. If you are attending both Saturday and Sunday, you may leave certain supplies overnight on Saturday. Snowbasin does provide 24-hour security on property but is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All supplies must be removed at the conclusion of each Sunday event.
