Snowbasin's Pond Skim

An additional 50 spots will be reserved for day-of registration.
The iconic season cross-over event of the year will be making its return to Snowbasin on Saturday, April 20th. Guests are encouraged to dress in their wildest costumes and attempt the ride of their life at the resort’s 10th Annual Pond Skim, sponsored by Coca-Cola. Along with the 100-foot adrenalin rush, everyone can enjoy great tunes, food and spring weather! Participation costs $20, with proceeds donated to the Weber County Fire Department and Snow Angel Foundation.

Timeline: Saturday, April 20th
- 8:00am: Check-in
- 9:30am: Rider meeting
- 10:00am: Event begins
- 2:00pm: Awards Ceremony on Plaza
Location
The 100' pond will be located at the bottom of Orson's Terrain Park, near the base area. Guests & participants can either take a short hike up to the pond from the base area, or ski down from one of our lifts with a season pass or lift ticket.Cost

Beer
For those ages 21+, canned beverages will be available at the pond - CASH ONLY. An ATM is available inside the Grizzly Center.Drinks will also be available on the plaza and credit cards are accepted there, about 200 yards below the pond. Additional food and beverage offerings are available inside Earl's Lodge and Cinnabar.
